Linda Elower-Sicilia, Director
Linda’s accomplished career started when she began dancing at the Evelyn R. White Studio of Dance at the age of 5. She has owned and operated the Linda Elower Studio of Dance since 1971, which has been renamed the Elower-Sicilia Productions of Dance and Music, LLC. She is also the founder and co-director of the ESP Performing Company. Linda focuses on technique and has a history of training outstanding dancers. A number of her former students have pursued dance careers as teachers and directors. Some have also continued performing and been offered representation by agents. Many of her students have received scholarships to professional dance schools, establishments and events such as Choreographers Carnival, Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Point Park Intensive, Debbie Allen’s productions at the Kennedy Center, Broadway Dance Center, Millennium, Edge, Tap Kids, and a great many more too numerous to count. Linda is well respected in the dance world. She has dedicated her life to sharing her passion for dance and educating dancers in the art form. More importantly, she is a positive influence on her students’ lives.

Kela Sicilia-Marceron, Co-Director
Kela graduated from the visual performing arts program at Thomas Johnson High School. She currently is Co-Director of the ESP Dance Company and has choreographed numerous national winning routines for competitive dancers. Kela just recently performed in a benefit show at the Valentine's Theater in Ohio with the Tap Sounds Underground and Clifton Drum Trio. Kela performed at the Kennedy Center for President Clinton in the National Institutes Production "Phat City". She has received numerous scholarships to Los Angeles and New York to dance. She danced in a professional dance company in Washington, DC for 3 years and enjoys teaching all she knows to her students here at ESP. Kela just received her Power Pilates certification - Congratulations!

Kyra Sicilia-Fry, Office Manager
Kyra has been a part of Elower Sicilia Productions for 32 years. She was born and raised at the dance studio dancing until her junior year of college. Some of her favorite styles of dance were ballet and acrobatics. Kyra graduated from Towson University and is currently a teacher at Carroll Manor Elementary School. She received her masters degree in Reading from Hood College. Kyra is the Office Manager at ESP.

Kara Sicilia Broohm, Co-Director
Kara is the Director of the ESP Performing Company. She trained at Elower-Sicilia Productions for 16 years before continuing her education as a dance teacher. She has trained with some amazing dancers such as Rhonda Miller, Yvonne Edwards, Baakari Wilder, Vincent Bingham, Mike Minery, Gregg Russell, Keith Clifton, Mark "Biz" Burke,and Mark Goodman. She performed with the tap company "Step Aside" in Washington, DC for 3 years. As a dancer she received numerous awards, but her most proud moment was getting a scholarship directly from the legend Al Gilbert. Her choreography has won her numerous awards at competitions at the regional and national level. Kara is head of the tap program. When not dancing she is busy being a nail technician at Renovations Salon and Day Spa.
