POLICIES School Year 2011-2012

| Performances - we will have a fall performance/showcase held before holiday break, and a spring performance held at the end of the school year. The 2011-2012 fall performances will be held December 17, 2011; and the recital will be June 17, 2012 at the Weinberg Center. |
| We must have at least 6 dancers in a class to continue, in some cases, classes may be
shifted, combined with other classes, or cancelled due to enrollment. |
| Dancers are accepted all through the year. As noted above, the Fall semester finishes with a little
showcase, and the Spring semester finishes with our annual show. |
| Adding and dropping classes during the semester after enrollment - During the semester, if you want to add or drop a class, please use the class change
form on file at the studio office to request the changes. A $15 administrative fee will be
assessed and charged for each class change, and recorded on your statement. Please note no class changes will be made
during the period (month) and changes requested will take effect only at the beginning
of the next semester period. |
| Costumes: A costume fee of $60 per recital dance will be assessed and charged January 1, 2011 and will appear on your January 2011 statement which will be emailed to you the last week in December. Obviously if you add or drop classes between now and the time we order costumes, the costume amounts will adjust accordingly.
A Non-refundable costume fee of one-half of the total costume charge is due January 21, 2011, and the non-refundable balance is due by February 28, 2011. If the costume deposit payment is not paid timely, the costume(s) for that student will not be ordered. If the costume balance payment is not made, the costume will be cancelled and will not be shipped.

| Fees: Recital Fee – A $25.00 recital performance fee for each student will be charged and due January 1, 2011 and will appear on your January 2011 statement which will be emailed to you the last week in December. Christmas Show: A $50 performance fee for the Fall "An ESP Christmas Performance" is required for those students who decide to participate in the fall show. These charges help defray the costs of the venues. The Fall Christmas show $50 fee and decision to participate in the show is due with the fall registration and no later than October 1, 2011. The Spring recital $25 recital fee is due January 1, 2012. |

| Class Viewing - In the best interest of your child’s education, please do not walk into your child’s classroom during classes. We have viewing cameras set up so you may watch your child’s class in the lounge. A flat panel monitor is available in the waiting area for observation.
If you have any concerns about your child’s dance education please inform the office. |
| Vocal/theater/piano/pilates/private classes are all available at Elower-Sicilia
Productions. Please contact the office, or email us if interested in any of these special
classes. |
| E.S.P is going paperless so please make sure your email is recorded on your
registration form in the office, and refer to our website for schedules, events,

| Credit Cards: All families must have a valid credit card on file authorizing ESP, LLC to charge the credit card on the 1st of each month for the semester period due (unless other arrangements are made at registration). Monthly statements reflecting the charges processed as authorized will be emailed or mailed the day the charges are booked. |
| Fall 2011 semester monthly periods and payments are as follows: Due on September 1, 2011 (period 1) August 29 through September 23, 2011; on October 1, 2011 (period 2) September 26 through October 21, 2011; on November 1, 2011 (period 3) October 24 through November 18, 2011; and on December 1, 2011 (period 4) November 21 through December 17, 2011 including the Fall showcase. |
| Late Fees - Tuition for each semester period is due on the 1st of the month for the period covered. For those who do not arrange for paying the tuition via a pre-authorized credit card, a $15 late fee will be charged for all accounts not paid on the 1st of each month for the period cover. |
